Memory Worries Workshop

By Dementia Oxfordshire

Overview

Are you struggling with your memory? During the workshop, we'll chat about causes of memory problems and strategies to boost brainpower.

Are you worried about your memory? Are you - or someone you love - having problems using everyday objects such as the TV remote control?

Our Memory Worries Workshop is a safe space to talk about memory concerns. We will look at the many possible causes of memory challenges and explore strategies to support memory and boost brain power.

You may find the session useful if:

  • you have noticed that you are having memory issues but haven't spoken to anyone about it
  • you are waiting for an appointment with a GP or memory clinic
  • you already have a diagnosis of Mild Cognitive Impairment and are looking for further information and support

Previous attendees have found the workshop informative and reassuring:

"It was very useful to have it explained to me in a way I understood."

"It has made me feel better!"
