'Building a future of Menopause support in Aberdeen for Women and their families'

Aberdeen City Health and Social Care Partnership have come together with Aberdeen FC Community Trust to invite you to the fifth Meno &amp; Pause Co-lab Café the event will be held at Aberdeen Football Club.
This will be a very relaxed environment, open to anyone who is interested men and women. This event will focus on symptoms and therapy methods. 
We are working together to try and diminish the stigma around menopause, to empower women with relevant information, support and relatable role models who understand the rollercoaster of emotions you can find yourself on.
Contents of event:
10:15am doors open and registration 
10:30am event starts 
12:30-13:30 informal networking 
The event finishes at 12:30 but the room will remain open until 13:30 for any networking or discussions.
