A course designed to support all those experiencing menopause.
Over this 6 week course, sessions will include:
- Wellbeing check-in – informal group chat to share experiences and build connection
- Education on menopause & hormones – understanding physical and emotional changes
- Nutritional guidance – tips on food choices to support energy, mood, and symptom relief
- Mindfulness to support the nervous system
- Taster of Kundalini Yoga

Terms and Conditions for Face-to-Face Sessions
These Terms and Conditions apply to all in-person sessions provided by Torfaen Talks CIC (“we”, “our”, “us”). By booking and attending a session, you agree to abide by the terms below.
1. Bookings & Payments
- All bookings must be made in advance through our website or an approved booking partner.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
- We accept secure payments via our online payment provider. We do not store any payment card details.
2. Confirmation & Session Details
- A confirmation email with session details will be sent after successful booking.
- It is your responsibility to arrive on time and at the correct venue.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Participant Cancellations:
- 7+ days notice: Full refund or free transfer to another session (subject to availability).
- Less than 7 days: No refund unless your place can be filled.
- Non-attendance: No refund or transfer unless under exceptional circumstances.
Our Cancellations:
- If we cancel a session, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
- We are not responsible for any travel or accommodation costs incurred.
4. Health & Wellbeing
- Our wellbeing sessions are not a substitute for medical advice or treatment.
- If you have any existing health conditions, injuries, or are pregnant, please consult your doctor before participating.
- Please inform the facilitator of any relevant conditions before the session starts.
5. Accessibility & Inclusion
- We aim to make our sessions inclusive and accessible to all.
- If you have any access needs or require reasonable adjustments, please contact us before the session.
6. Safety & Conduct
- Please follow all instructions from session facilitators.
- Participants are expected to treat others with respect and kindness at all times.
- We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is disruptive, inappropriate, or unsafe. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
7. Liability
- Torfaen Talks CIC accepts no responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during sessions, except where caused by our proven negligence.
- Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
8. Intellectual Property
- All session content and materials are the intellectual property of Torfaen Talks CIC or our facilitators.
- You may not record, reproduce, or share any session content without prior permission.
9. Privacy & Data
- We respect your privacy. Personal information is collected only for booking and communication purposes and will be processed in line with our Privacy Policy.
- Your data will never be sold or shared without your consent, unless required by law.
