A Community Interest Company (Non-profit) based in Torfaen, South Wales, offering low cost and accessible mental health and wellbeing services, activities and events across Torfaen. Our aim is to be inclusive for all the community, with the intention to combat loneliness, increase mental health resilience and build community spirit.
