  • 60 minutes of menofitness with Rach a qualified personal trainer; based around movement and exercise that supports menopause and building strength
  • 30 minutes of mindset fitness, mindfullness, meditation & hypnosis with Zoe a qualified mindset coach & menopause hypnotherapist

You will leave pumped up, motivated, relaxed, calm and will see an improvement in overall well-being in your body, heart, soul & mind
