Menoheaven is run by the experienced team behind Mamaheaven, the UK's most established retreats for mothers and babies founded in 2003. Just as our experiences of motherhood and the need for a mother and baby retreat led to the foundation and success of Mamaheaven, we found as we approached menopause that a similar retreat was needed to support women at this significant, and oft-stigmatised, stage of every woman's life.

In the company of supportive women and a team of expert practitioners, this unique retreat aims to de-stigmatise and de-mystify menopause and empower women to manage this significant transition openly and positively. We will explore and support your menopause journey from individual symptoms to the wider needs of your relationships, lifestyle, workplace and community with: • Specifically designed YOGA for all levels to minimise symptoms, rekindle the spirit, and re-awaken our bodies and promote deep sleep with Gratia Churchill. • Perfectly balanced organic meals, NUTRITION talks and sessions to support our own hormone transitions and weight changes with renowned chef and nutritionist Daphne Lambert, expert on women's health. • Deep healing MASSAGES and treatments from our experienced therapists to re-energise, relax and rejuvenate. • Discussions and information on western and alternative MEDICINE to help with stress, sleep issues, libido, brain-fog, anxiety, hot flushes and more by naturopath Caroline Gaskin and clinical herbalist Julia Behrens. FAQs
Is their a perfect age to attend Menoheaven?
No. The average age of peri-menopause is 41, with the average age of menopause (ceasing of periods for one year) being 51 but early onset menopause is common and we support women at every and any stage, whatever age.
Can you cater for specific diets?
Yes, just let us know your needs.
Do I need to have done yoga before?
No, our classes are for all levels of yoga experience.
What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?
There is ample, free parking at Florence House. The nearest train stations are Eastbourne and Seaford, the former is a £10 taxi ride away, the latter is a £5 taxi ride away.

Is the price all-inclusive?
Yes, it includes a double room of your own, all meals, all yoga classes, an hour long massage, all workshops and a generous goodie bag. If you would like an extra massage or one-to-one sessions with any of our facilitators (herbalist, homeopath, yoga teacher) this can be arranged for an extra cost.
 What's the refund policy?
The deposit of £200 is non-refundable and the balance is refundable depending when you cancel.
Are there concessions?
There is an early bird discount of 5% if full amount is paid 6 months or more before the retreat, and we are happy to discuss payments plans.
