At KCOM, we are committed to promoting a healthy and supportive work environment for all our employees and customers. That’s why as part of Humber Business Week we are running a workshop on menopause and wellbeing in the workplace.

Menopause is a natural phase of life that affects many women, yet it’s often overlooked in the workplace.

Our expert speaker, Juliet O’Sullivan has over 15 years’ experience working within nutrition. Her passion lies in education women on how to best lay the foundations for good health in order to maximise their quality of life in later years, and empowering peri/menopausal women with up to date, evidence based knowledge on how best to approach it. Due to the overwhelm many women at this life stage experience, Juliet explores realistic methods to best get through the menopause happier, less stressed and with better health outcomes.

The workshop will include:

  • A healthy breakfast provided by Nibble
  • Understanding menopause: What it is and how it affects women
  • Recognising the symptoms and challenges of menopause in the workplace
  • Realistic methods to get through the menopause happier, less stressed and with better health outcomes

We hope to see you there!
