Guided by Helen - Wellbeing consultantA guided journalling and reflection practice to help you process your experience, connect with your inner wisdom, and gain clarity in this time of transition. Guided by Laura - Laura Teare is a hormone &amp; mindset coach and menstrual health educator.Known for her honest and compassionate approach, Laura helps women step away from pressure and perfectionism so they can listen to their bodies, trust their inner voice, and make decisions that genuinely support their wellbeing.Journaling for Menopause Your Way is a gentle, practical workshop designed to help you reconnect with yourself during a time of change. Rather than prescribing a “right” way to journal, Laura will guide you through simple, thoughtful prompts that support emotional clarity and self-trust.This is not about fixing or fighting your body. It’s about understanding it, working with it, and honouring the changes taking place.A healthy lunch provided by Poke Bowl is included.
