Menopause in Motion is returning with the same supportive focus on Yin Yoga, cooling breathwork and honest conversation - now with the addition of a calming infrared sauna session. You’ll explore gentle heat, lymphatic drainage, gua sha and snow therapy to support circulation, ease tension and help you feel grounded, balanced and more connected to your body.

How the workshop will be structured:
🌙 A nourishing 75-minute Yin Yoga class a slow, nourishing practice with a menopausal focus to releasing tension, easing stiffness & supporting balance during hormonal shifts
💆 Self-led Lymphatic Massage to improve circulation, reducing inflammation & deepen relaxation with Guided Meditation to ease emotional load and bring clarity to the nervous system
🌬️ Breathwork to help cool the body, soften hot flushes & settle the nervous system
♨️ Infrared Sauna where gradual heat supports circulation, soothe joints & encourage deep relaxation, combined with:
- mindful breathing
- gentle gua sha
- lymphatic drainage
- refreshing snow therapy to boost blood flow and tone the skin
