March 17 Session 2 — Nutrition for Menopause A deep dive into gut health, blood sugar balance, weight management, and the foods that truly support women during menopause. Learn how to read food labels, choose low‑GL meals, make simple anti‑inflammatory swaps, and understand the role of protein and key supplements.
March 24 Session 3 — Exercise Through Menopause Find out which types of exercise best support strength, bone health, metabolism, and overall wellbeing during peri‑ and post‑menopause. Includes pelvic floor work, breathing techniques, and practical guidance for building a sustainable routine.
