Menopause Talk CIC brings to the very first if its kind "Menopause &amp; Preparing for Ramadan".Gain clarity and calm by learning how to manage your perimenopause/menopause through Ramadan. Enhancing your spirituality and connection with God during the blessed month and beyond.An insightful and informative workshop explaining how a menopausing woman's changing hormones will impact the body, mind and soul. Exploring ideas and ways to improve food choices, physical activity and spiritual connection with God.Fiona Catchpowle (Founder of The Menopause School) will be sharing important information around food and the impact on hormones. Helping you to put together a realistic and achievable Ramadan diet plan.Yoga with Aisha will be delivering a short yoga session and providing important tips and easy to follow yoga poses that can be continued from the comfort of your own home.  Please bring a large towel or yoga mat with you!Menopausing women have reported a feeling of spaceness or even detachment, which affects their spiritual state and connection with God. This comes as a consequence falling in oestrogen levels.Aamilah Begum (CEO &amp; Founder of Menopause Talk CIC) will be sharing her personal experiences and challenges with spiritual connection in Ramadan. Helping you to explore and build a worship plan that works for you. Finishing with a spiritual meditation session.Other important information:-1. Tickets: £5 per person.
