We treat people as a whole - taking into account both clients' physical and mental health. What you eat and what you do, have a huge effect on not just your physical health but your mental health too. We delve into what's really causing symptoms and how we can reduce the effects; primarily looking at Nutrition, Exercise, Sleep, Stress Management and Gut Health. Ruki works with clients both in- person and on-line to devise personalised Coaching Plans that are sustainable and help you to get results.
