Michelle is Awards & Assessments Results Manager at Cardiff University, was Co-Chair of the Womens Equality Network for Wales and currently Chair of Cardiff University BAME+ Staff Network. Pause &amp; Connect: A Barry Menopause Support Group ​You don’t have to navigate this transition alone. Whether you’re just starting to notice changes or are well through the journey, join us for a friendly, informal space to talk, listen, and learn. ​What to Expect • ​Open Conversations: A safe space to discuss perimenopause and menopause symptoms. • ​Wellbeing Tips: Sharing practical advice on nutrition, sleep, and managing hormone shifts. • ​Peer Support: Connect with local women who truly "get it." • ​Zero Judgment: Just tea, empathy, and community. ​The Details • ​When: monthly on Tuesdays, starting 17th February 2026, 31st March 2026, 5th May . • ​Time: 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM • ​Where: highlight park, BarryCOST: £4 suggested donation for refreshments per week ​"Menopause is a marathon, not a sprint—it’s much easier when you’ve got a team cheering you on." ​How to Join ​No formal referral needed!
