About this event

Are you looking for the necessary tools to support someone who is experiencing a mental health crisis?

This comprehensive MHFA training course will be delivered by CNWL NHS Trust’s Wellbeing Advisors (who are MHFA England Instructor Members) across 2 full days sessions.

The course is designed to empower you to spot early signs of ill health, build the confidence to start supportive conversations and learn how to signpost people to essential services. Like first aid for physical health, MHFA gives you the tools to help assess and respond to a person in crisis whilst also looking after your own mental wellbeing. To receive your MHFA certification you will need to attend all training sessions.
