Ginger Dog founder Sarah Rudder describes herself as an adventurer in life and learning. Determined to end up as a really interesting old lady she’s as passionate about learning new things and stretching her own comfort zone as she is about supporting others to do this. A specialist in developing mental toughness she loves a challenge and is more likely to be found long distance hiking or riding her motorbike than on her sofa.  She’s fascinated by confidence and self esteem, the impact this can have on our ability and how we self sabotage.

Life can be tough, there&#x27;s no getting away from that, but we can develop a set of tools and techniques to enable us to be more capable, more resourceful and more effective in whatever circumstances we find ourselves in. While resilience will enable you to survive in tough times, mental toughness takes you beyond that. This is not about being bulletproof or never feeling emotion, it&#x27;s about what we do with that emotion and how we enable ourselves rather than sabotaging.Join experienced facilitators Sarah Rudder and Jon Bartlett for this interactive workshop to explore your own mental toughness.There will be opportunities to reflect upon your own situations and develop ways forward, dynamic group discussion and you will take away a toolkit that will change your life. Your Facilitators:Jon Bartlett is an experienced facilitator, coach and mediator who lives and works with a diagnosis of bi-polar disorder. Previously he led front line teams in organisations with high intensity operations and an abundance of stressors.Sarah Rudder is an expert in mental toughness and works as a facilitator and coach. She brings a wealth of personal and professional experience to her work including working in fast paced, high pressure environments and experiencing many of the ups and downs that life brings.
