At the Skills Festival Mental Wellness session, learn more about mental health and the importance of focusing on your well-being .

During these uncertain and difficult times it is important we take time to stop and check in with how we feel within ourselves.

Topic

How to motivate yourself and implement positive change

How they work?

Each Mental Wellness session will last between 30 mins - 1 hr and will be conducted over the volunteer’s preferred video conferencing platform.

Students dial into the session and have an opportunity to take some time out from their day and focus on themselves and how they feel .
