This supportive yoga class is designed to nurture mental health , ease anxiety and lift mood in a calm, welcoming environment.

This supportive yoga class is designed to nurture mental health , ease anxiety and lift mood in a calm, welcoming environment. Practices can be chair based, on a mat, or standing, with plenty of options offered so you can move in a way that feels safe and accessible for you on the day.Classes focus on grounding techniques, simple breathing exercises, mindfulness and gently, mindful movement to help settle the nervous system and build a sense of steadiness. You will be guided to tune in to your body with kindness - developing practical tools that can be used in everyday life to support emotional balance, resilience, and self care.This is a non judgemental space where you are encouraged to go at your own pace, rest when needed, and choose what feels right for you. No previous yoga experience is needed - just comfortable clothing.

The class is taught by Terri, who has completed extensive training in applying yoga therapeutically for mental health conditions, alongside physical rehabilitation. Her approach is compassionate and focused on helping you feel supported, empowered, and more at home in yourself.
