Speaker: Mr Herman Bugeja - UEFA PRO Coach | Director of Coach Education at Malta Football AssociationDescription: This talk examines the ways in which mentoring affects the learning experience in formal coach education programmes and what is the perspective of the coaches when it comes to mentoring during coach education courses. Mr Bugeja&#x27;s work focused on conducting a semi-formal mentoring programme for coaches attending UEFA coaching courses at the Malta FA Technical Centre during season 2021/2022.Audience: Coaches, sports students, mentors, and sports lecturers.
