Join us for our third MHC SE event of 2025 with Sofie Kraft for a day beautifully surrounded by nature.
The hike will start and finish at lake Trekanten Stockholm.
The route has been specially designed by Sofie who will also host a meditation during the route.

Saturday, September 6, 2025, 10:00 - 14:00, Vinterviken Stockholm
Our starting point will be the playground by lake Trekanten, Liljeholmen Stockholm. You can get there by subway red line and a little walk, check SL for best option.
Cost for the event is 100 SEK which will be donated to Håll Sverige Rent after the event.
Bring your friends and enjoy a day of activities and hike in an a nature surrounded area.
Description:
10:00 We meet at by the playground at Fruktparken nearby lake Trekanten
10:10 Short intro of MHC and Sofie
10:30 Hike in Vinterviken
11:30 Stop at Wintervikens trädgårdscafé (free hot drink covered by MHC)
12:00 Meditation with Sofie followed by packed lunch break (bring your own!)
14:00 We end the day where we started!
Please note that these times are approximate and may change depending on conditions and group needs.
Each attendee will get a free hot drink in their MHC mug (plus some other small goodies).
There might be an opportunity to try on Merrell shoes - please indicate your shoe size when signing up, and make sure to wear appropriate footwear for the walk either way.
Difficulty: Easy/medium. 5-7km, can be hilly in parts.
Age: 18+
What do I need to bring?
Shoes suitable for hiking (we might also offer a new style of MERRELL as test shoes)
Clothes suitable for weather and hike
Water bottle with water
Backpack with extra layers
Lunch
Any medication you may need
