How much is it?

Completely free! All are welcome and there is no charge for any of our services in Tredegar Park Ministry Area. If you're able and would  like to make a donation towards the work of the church however, there will be a basket available and it would be gratefully received.

Do I have to book?

It's not essential but it's very helpful if you let us know you are coming. That way we can make sure that we have the right amount of food and craft materials so nobody misses out!

I have dietary needs, can I still come?

YES! We want to include everyone and will ensure that needs such as dairy free, or gluten free options are available. But please let us know so we can have the most appropriate foods available and we can buy the right quantities.

Where is it?

Messy Church is held across three sites in the Tredegar Park Ministry Area, on rotation. The first Messy Church of 2024 will be held in January at St Thomas, Maesglas, Newport. Followed, in February, by the church hall St Basil, Bassaleg and then, in March, with St Martin in the Gaer.

What time is Messy Church

Messy Church takes place on a Sunday afternoon, between 3-4:30pm.

We welcome people of all ages and abilities and we would love to see you at Messy Church. Do let us know of any special requirements. We have 2 sensory bags available, on request, which include ear defenders and sensory toys. There is a breakout space for you to take time away from the activities.
