Welcome to Messy Minds, a joyful art class designed especially for parents seeking a creative escape and a moment of wellbeing.

As parents, in particular, parents of SEN children, we often find it difficult to give ourselves a break and have a little, especially if we are neurodivergent ourselves. This is where Messy Minds jumps in.

Here, there’s no need for perfection—just a safe, peerr supportive space to let your imagination run wild, embrace the beautiful chaos, and find calm through creativity.

Whether you’re a seasoned artist or a complete beginner, Messy Minds invites you to explore playful and mindful art activities that nourish your spirit, reduce stress, and connect you with a community that understands and uplifts. Grab your brushes, your colours, and your sense of fun—because sometimes, the best therapy is a little mess!
