Join us on Sat 12th February for the MIA Masterclass with Benjamin Cook, founder director of LUX and LUX Scotland. He will give a personal account of the history of LUX, the development of artists' moving image over the past 20 years and his thoughts on the future.
LUX and LUX Scotland are the UK's leading agencies for the support and promotion of artists' moving image, working across distribution, exhibition, archiving, publishing, research and artist development. LUX builds on a long lineage of predecessors (The London Film-Makers’ Co-operative, London Video Arts and The Lux Centre) which stretch back to the 1960s, representing the UK's most significant collection of artists’ film and video.
