MIC - Architecture: Studio Session

An in-person architecture studio session with portfolio reviews, feedback and networking for all levels.

Architecture: Studio Session is the first in-person architecture focused event by Muslims In Construction.

This session brings together architects, designers, students and professionals across the built environment for an evening of learning, feedback and meaningful connection. The aim is to create a supportive, studio-style environment where attendees can share work, exchange ideas and gain practical insight from others working in architecture.

Whether you are a student, graduate, assistant or experienced professional, this session is open to all levels.

Event Format

The evening is split into two parts:

Portfolio Review Session

The session will begin with a structured portfolio review, giving attendees the opportunity to:

• Present portfolio work
• Receive constructive and practical feedback
• Learn from peers and professionals
• Gain insight into design thinking and presentation

Spaces are limited to ensure meaningful discussion and quality engagement.

Networking Session (from 7:30pm)

Following the portfolio reviews, the evening will open into informal networking, allowing architects and those working in architecture to connect, share experiences and build relationships within the community.
