Welcome to your Micro-Retreat:A﻿re you anxious about breath work? Breath work in the past has made you feel more stressed or induced panic attacks? You feel sometimes that movement is confusing? You are tired of busy classes and not getting the teachers guidance?Discover the transformative power of somatic movement &amp; conscious connected breath.Immerse yourself in a rejuvenating experience that will leave you feeling grounded, centred, and deeply connected to your body and breath.Y﻿ou will be guided by two expert coaches, who will guide and support you through the 1 day transformational experience. The group will be small and intimate, allowing deep and high quality work. <ul><li>E﻿asy, gentle movement that allows you to connect to your body. These are movements that can be done lying on the floor or in standing, like yoga but much slower.</li><li>T﻿hey will alleviate pain, tension and get rid of stress in the body and mind. </li><li>Conscious breathing is a gentle, simple technique that helps you open up the full potential of your breathing system. </li><li>This will improve physical and mental well-being. </li></ul>Instead of a simple respite from the daily grind, we have designed this retreat to empower you with the tools needed for reconnecting to your natural internal rhythm. As we often get caught up in the busyness of life, it can be difficult to effectively slow down, reset and recalibrate.This 1 day-retreat is an opportunity to rebalance and return to life with new energy.
