How long is the event?

The event will be two days long, packed with exciting presentations, workshops and networking. By signing up to a free ticket, you are signing up to attend on both 27 - 28 February 2026.

What is on the agenda and programme?

Sessions will explore micro:bit in an AI-enabled world, data literacy, accessibility and inclusion, breaking down barriers to participation - and more. Registration starts at 0830 both days, finishes at 1700 on Friday, 1600 on Saturday. A light lunch, pastries, coffee, tea & soft drinks provided.

How do I get there?

UPF de la Ciutadella is near the centre of Barcelona, about a 30 minute drive/1 hour on public transport from the airport, and a short walk from the Ciutadella Vila Olímpica metro stop. It is close to Barcelona Zoo and Somorrosto Beach, and about a 30 minute walk from the Gothic Quarter.

Will the conference be in English?

Accepted Answer

English will be the primary language of the conference. There will be translation equipment available, to allow the audience to listen to translations of main talks and panels from English into Catalan (updated 17 February). Many thanks to Generalitat de Catalunya for providing this.
