About this event

Each Monday from the 18th August to 1st September, we meet @Ikoko , Brixton Hill SW2 1AH (on the corner of Blenheim Gardens) to move the body, breathe, meditate and talk to become more self aware, to release tension and blockages in our bodies and to equip ourselves with tools and techniques for a happier and more peaceful life.

Facilitated by MeriSaa Heqama, a somatic and mindfulness practitioner who will gently guide in all the practices to help empower you.

Arrive a little earlier than Midday to find your space and settle in.

Bring a mat if you have one

Bring water

Refreshments by LoveGift Vegan (Mudda Earth) are included in the price.
