This event is for Midlothian residents. The groups are for Disabled People, those with long-term conditions and older people interested in learning about or accessing Self-Directed Support. We also welcome those currently accessing SDS to share their experiences and learn more.

Meet other people who want to discuss and share knowledge around accessing Self-Directed Support . Find a community of people with similar lived experiences and practical information and resources about SDS and improve your understanding and confidence in managing all aspects of SDS.

Access to the room, building, and disabled toilets is all step free. To find out more about accessibility at our peer support groups, click here. If you need assistance with personal care (including feeding), you will have to bring a PA or carer with you as our team are unable to assist with this.

From 12:30pm a selection of sweet and savoury buffet items will be available. If you have any dietary requirements, please tell us about them when you get a ticket for the event.
