<P>In the midst of national REFUGEE week, an evening of merriment and mirth in support of the Tooting-based refugee charity, CARAS. Hosted by the infamous night mayor of Balham Arthur Smith, with special guest 'Chaser' Paul Sinha,alongside Meryl O'Rourke, Zahra Barri and Arielle Souma.</P>
