🌅 Midweek Reset: Meditation & Breathwork 🌅


Our Midweek Reset sessions are designed to support both beginners and experienced practitioners in finding balance, clarity, and renewal.

Each session blends meditation and pranayama breathwork techniques that help cultivate presence, grounding, and emotional clarity. You’ll be guided through accessible practices that calm the nervous system, release tension, and reconnect you to your inner stillness.

We explore a range of meditation styles throughout the series—including Zazen (seated silence), guided visualisations, and candle-gazing (Trataka)—each offering a unique path to awareness.

Some sessions will also include Yoga Nidra, a deeply restorative, lying-down practice that guides you into a state of conscious rest and deep relaxation.

Whether you’re new to meditation or looking to deepen your breathwork and inner focus, these sessions provide the perfect space to reset and realign in the middle of your week.
