Mind and its Potential

Centre of Compassion Study Group provides meditation and buddhist study in Liverpool city centre.An authentic Tibetan Buddhist group, a satellite group of Jamyang Leeds Buddhist Centre, part of www.fpmt.org and inspired and supported by His Holiness the Dalai Lama.Centre of Compassion is a small not-for-profit community group, made entirely of unpaid volunteers.

Join us for a day of exploring “Mind and its Potential”.  Enjoy an interactive day with teaching, discussion, Questions &amp; Answers, and meditation. Suitable for the beginner and for those who wish to refresh their knowledge and practice.
​You don't need to be a Buddhist to join us, everyone is welcome!  We will come away with practical information and tools that we can put into use straight away and help us to be happier and content in ourselves and more accepting and tolerant in our interactions with others in our every day lives.
During the day, there will be a combination of teaching, discussion, meditation and an opportunity to ask lots of questions of Venerable Mary Reavey, a buddhist nun. 
Please note:  
- Tickets are limited, with only 35 available.
- To cover the cost of hosting this event, Centre of Compassion Study Group request you book and pay £28 prior to the event, to secure your place at the event. 
- Note: Paypal may charge you a small fee.  
- *Note: This does not include lunch or refreshments, please bring vegetarian food to share at lunchtime.
