Mind Body Business Networking with Julie Silver, The Vitality Fairy at Wilde Aparthotel, 9th Floor, 3 Dickinson St, Manchester M1 4LF (the road by The Anthologist, part of Motel One, St. Peter's Square near St. Peter's Square Metrolink tram stop).

10.30am start although come for all or part of the event. If you can just manage the lunchtime networking 12-1pm you are welcome to bring some lunch or buy at the venue.

Mind, Body Business is a free inspiring networking event, designed especially for you, where Julie Silver, AKA The Vitality Fairy, will show you some simple tips and techniques to encourage you to become more mindful, which can be beneficial for your mind, body & business and enabling a healthier life.

Whether you work for yourself or work for a company/organisation, this is a chance to take time to improve your health, whilst networking and mingling with others in a relaxed and informal way.

Agenda:

10.30 - 11.20am: Networking & refreshments

11.20pm - 11.40am: Julie will share simple & effective tips and techniques to assist with being more mindful helping to increase vitalilty, motivation & general wellbeing throughout the day, improving sleep also.

11.40am - midday: Networking until finish of event, however, you are welcome to stay until 1pm.

Midday - 1pm (optional): Bring food with you or buy lunch at venue or locally and carry on networking over your lunch. You are welcome to stay or just come for this time.

Tea/Coffee and caffeine free drinks provided.

They'll be an opportunity to enter a raffle. Tickets £1 each (you'll get a free healthy snack worth at least £1) and £5 for 5 tickets (you'll get free healthy snacks worth that amount). Prizes are a selection of healthy supplements. The money will go towards future events.
