Mind & Me Festival
A festival for 16-18 year olds with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities, promoting positive mental health and wellbeing.
Attendees will find an open and supportive space where they can explore mental health, build emotional resilience, express themselves creatively and connect with community support services. Participants can take part in a range of exciting workshops and activities delivered by our wonderful community partners.
This event has been specially designed for and will be focused on engaging young people aged 16-18 with SEND needs who are living, working, or studying in the borough of Tower Hamlets.
Food and drink will be available throughout the day, catering to all dietary restrictions. The environment will be monitored, ensuring a calm and inclusive space and there will be designated quiet, sensory zones for young people to take a break should they need it.
