Mind Waves Digital Skills Course

Mind Waves

Mind Waves in Partnership with Glasgow Life has organised a digital skills training course for people with lived experience of mental health problems and have little or no computer experience. This free course covers all the fundamentals, from switching on the computer, using a mouse, exploring word processing, to online shopping, browsing online entertainment, and sending emails. 
This is a fun and informal tutor led course that runs for 4 weeks, and we ask that you try and make every class. Digital buddies from Mind Waves will be there to help you get the most from it.
The classes will be held on the following dates:

<LI>Tuesday 5 December 10am - 12pm</LI>
<LI>Tuesday 12 December 10am - 12pm</LI>
