Take a break from the hustle and bustle of daily life and immerse yourself in a peaceful atmosphere and hypnosis to help you unwind, destress and leave feeling like you've had a mini-holiday! With the option to meet up for a drink and a natter beforehand.Come in your comfies and drift away on a relaxing journey designed to melt away stress and anxiety. Through gentle hypnotic suggestions and vivid imagery, you'll learn to release tension, calm your mind, and cultivate a sense of peace. What to expect:<ul><li>Deep relaxation and stress reduction</li><li>Improved focus and mental clarity</li><li>Enhanced self-awareness and emotional well-being</li><li>Practical tools for managing stress in daily life</li></ul>6pm: Pre-session meet up at the Bistro @ The Winning Culture - 10% off of drinks for attendees (cold-pressed juices, protein drinks, tea and coffee are available)7pm - 8pm: Head into the studio to get comfortable, unwind and relax.MindFlow is a mat-based session where you'll relax from the comfort of sitting or lying on a yoga mat. Whilst hypnotherapy is an amazing tool, it can worsen symptoms for those experiencing psychosis.
