Rebecca Dennis, international author, breath coach and founder of <a href="https://breathingtree.co.uk/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">www.breathingtree.co.uk</a> will take you into a conscious breathwork session offering a variety of breathing techniques whilst gaining an understanding of the latest science on how we can upgrade our breathing and nervous system for optimum health. Providing a deep understanding of the impact the way we breathe has on every aspect of our lives – mentally, physically and emotionally.She will be sharing breathing techniques to practice and take away and use throughout the day to change our mental and physical states in a positive way and regain balance.Learn how breathwork can help change the way you think, feel, perform and relax. The breath is always there, whether you need to use it to feel calm, grounded, focused or transform your mindset.As part of our Summer in the Square Festival you can enjoy a range of free wellbeing activities to reset and recharge in our Wellness Den. We cover the cost of this activity for the whole community to enjoy. If you were to book a place and not show up there would be a cost to us and would also prevent someone else from attending. If you’re unable to attend for whatever reason we would really appreciate it if you let us know. Don't forget to bring some loose fitted fitness gear and a water bottle to stay hydrated. We can't wait to see you there! Location: Portman Square Garden, Portman Square, London, W1H 6LT You will find the Wellness Den in the north west corner of Portman Square Garden for the duration of our event.
