Mindful Collage Journal Workshop
Get creative and relax at our Mindful Workshop and collage your own journal to take home with you.
Creative Reset
Join us for a restorative evening of mindful creativity, where you’ll be invited to slow down, reconnect, and create in a calm, welcoming space.
During this intimate in-person workshop, you’ll receive an A5 journal to decorate and collage using imagery, words, textures, and personal expression. You'll then be prompted to write your first journal entry before you take it home and continue to fill it with your thoughts and ideas. Through gentle creative prompts, herbal tea, and sweet treats, we’ll explore creativity as a form of rest and self-reflection.
This session is all about combining mindfulness and art through cutting, pasting, layering, and intuitive making. No artistic experience is needed, just bring yourself and an openness to create freely.
