Mindful Forest School for Grown-Ups

Combining the mindful immersion in nature of forest bathing with the playful creativity of forest school.

This event mixes up all the good stuff from a Forest Bathing session with some creative and practical 'Forest School' type activities that us adults love but don't often get the chance to take part in.

So you'll get the chance to slow down, connect with nature and immerse your senses in the woodland environment. And you'll get to express your creative side with some woodland crafts. I'll be digging out all the books of crafty ideas I have that I've never got round to trying out and offering a variety of simple but lovely things you can make with natural materials.

You can also check in with your inner caveperson with some knife skills and fire lighting. We'll finish up having a brew and s'mores beside the fire.
