Begin each day with intention and calm by joining our live, guided morning meditation practice. These 20-30 minute sessions offer you a peaceful sanctuary before the day begins, helping you cultivate resilience, clarity and wellbeing that ripples through your entire day.
How Mindful Mornings Began: What started as a personal 50-day challenge to mark my 50th birthday in 2024 has blossomed into something truly special. After completing the challenge, I committed to offering these sessions every morning throughout 2025. The response has been extraordinary - such a warm, dedicated community has formed that we're continuing into 2026 and beyond.
Each morning, we gather from across Ireland and the UK and even as far away as Spain, creating a beautiful tapestry of practitioners united in their commitment to mindful living. The dedication of our community is remarkable - people regularly 'zoom in' from their holidays all over the world, unwilling to miss their morning practice. There's something magical about knowing others are sitting with you, breathing with you, starting their day with the same intention - whether they're in Belfast, Wicklow, London, Madrid, or on a beach in Thailand!
What to Expect: Join us every weekday morning for a blend of mindfulness practices including:
- Guided meditation and breathing exercises
- A different meditation practice every day
- Loving-kindness and compassion practices
- Mindful moments for daily life
- Silent sitting with bell reminders
Each session is carefully crafted to be both accessible for beginners and nourishing for experienced practitioners. No previous meditation experience necessary - just come as you are.
Your Guide: Led by Bridgeen from Immeasurable Minds, a qualified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher with a Masters in Mindfulness Based Approaches from Bangor University. Bridgeen brings warmth, expertise and over 20 years of practice to create a welcoming space for all.

- Cameras optional - practice in your pyjamas if you wish!
