Description: Start your day with positivity and mindfulness with my daily online meditations. Join us for a refreshing start to your morning, includes a different guided meditation and some inspiration each day. Connect with like-minded people and kickstart your day on a positive note. Background to the mindful mornings club
As I turned 50 on the 8 July 2024 I decided to offer a 50 day meditation challenge. I offered the challenge out to my followers because even though I am a meditation teacher, I'm also a night owl rather than a lark. And living with a 3 year old girl, a 4 year old cockapoo and male husband my life isn't always smooth sailing and often I'm tempted to catch a lie and skip the morning meditation... So a group of intripid women (and one man!) signed up for the challenge and we had amazing results! The discipline of the daily practice and the community that bonded and shared in the classes (and in the what's app) and the effect of the meditations was profound. People got so much out of it, especially those who came every day or most days.
It was however a challenge and I want meditation to be a way of life, so I decided to keep these mornings going (with a break for December 2024) into 2025 with a break every weekend and on bank holidays. It was clear that on weekends less people could come (though still good numbers came) and because I'm making this commitment for a full year I wanted to be kind to my self and those who sign up so we can sleep in to 8am or later on weekends if we like :)

Do I need to be a meditator already to join these morning meditations?
Beginners and experienced meditators are welcome. While the morning meditations are not specifically tailored to completed beginners and wee bit of experience will be helpful, there's no reason to prevent you signing up even if you have never meditated before. If you keep coming back every morning you will soon catch on to the practice.

The commitment is flexible and entirely up to you, I hope that once you try it you get to feel the benefits you will continue and the community will grow.

Frequently asked questions
No just bring yourself, come as you are. I did all 50 days of the mediation challenge in my PJs. Most others did to and plenty did the meditations from their bed!
No. Not currently though this is something I may reconsider in the future. But for now the challenge is to get up and practice at the same time as everyone else, together as a group. Also it means I dont have to worry about the technical side of recording and distributing recordings.
I wish could offer a time to suit everyone. For now this is the time that suits best. I may consider an earlier time in future. I know 7.30am is time when many are travelling or working. The timing of the morning meditations is something I will keep under review. Message me your preferred time.
Yes you can purchase a month of mindful mornings for your friend just message me on What's App 07981 623 566 and I will send your friend a welcome text.

Yes you can join our mindful mornings meditation anytime in the month but you still have to pay the full £20 so its much better value to join at the start of the month.
Yes the amount of meditations you attend is entirely up to you. No one takes a role call. You can plan in advance to attend 3 mornings per week, or you can intend to do them all but sleep in or have to go to work early and miss a class. It's up to you, there is no judgement or need for explanation.
