Do Your OM Thing Yoga

UMEUS Foundation

Join Rosie and Cass for a unique movement and making workshop. You’ll practise open level yoga and meditation, to drop out of the head and into the body. When you’re really relaxed, you’ll be shown how to sew your own lotus mandala. A mindful activity and an anchor for your ongoing meditation practise.

No experience of yoga, meditation or sewing needed. We’re experienced teachers and will guide you through each stage.
 
In many ways our society has led us to believe that we must consume, not create. We’ve forgotten that we’re all artists and that life is the canvas upon which we create.
