Join us every Monday morning for ‘Mindful Movement’ at the Family Space.
This is a gentle but invigorating session for new Mums who want to start moving again.
We’ll be working on repetitive rounds of low impact exercises to rebuild core strength, pelvic floor stability and functional fitness.
This is an intimate session with bespoke movements to compliment the postpartum healing process. Please seek approval from your Doctor before exercising and complete the PARQ form so we can tailor the session to you.
As with all sessions at the Family Space, your baby will be very welcome too, with safe spaces to play as they stay close to you on the mat!
There will also be plenty of opportunities to socialise with other new mums as we facilitate rest time and an opportunity to relax after the class.
