Overview
6 weekly programme exploring how being active and moving our bodies for the health of our minds.
Each week will focus on an aspect of movement and wellbeing as follows:
Week 1: Movement and Mood
Week2: Stress and Anxiety
Week3: Confidence and empowerment
Week4: Activating Energy
Week5: Socail Connection and Enjoyment
Week6: Keeping it going
The 2 hour session will begin with group discussion followed by a session with the personal trainer.
On completion of this programme all participants will receive a 6 week free gym and swim pass, and following this 1year concession rate.
