Your Guide

When Pierre is not guiding groups through London with mindfulness, he runs the Mindful Photo Lab, a social enterprise in East London dedicated to enhancing community well-being through art and mindfulness. His work extends beyond the lab, collaborating with hospitals, universities, and art centers to promote mindfulness and creative expression. Pierre's diverse experience in these settings brings a unique depth to his workshops, ensuring a rich and impactful experience for all participants.
