Every One Every Day is an ambitious project with people at its heart, making it easier for neighbours to connect through free practical, every day activities that everyone can enjoy.  Working alongside the residents of Kirkcaldy, Burntisland, Kinghorn and Auchtertool, we're bringing people, places and resources together so that the whole community can take part and thrive. What we'll do in this session...Join Brian for this friendly and welcoming session that blends easy-to-follow ukulele basics with simple mindfulness techniques, helping you find relaxation and fun in every strum. No pressure, no perfection, just an uplifting space to connect with yourself through music.
