Mindful Walks on the Coastal Path

Join Paddy this January to immerse yourself in mindfulness and nature as we meander along the coastal path

We'll meet at Seapark recreation grounds by the bowling green gate near the car park and public toilets and close to the coastal path. https://w3w.co/renews.perfected.dives

At 10:00 the group will be guided by Paddy Anderson on a gentle walk along the coastal path. We'll return to Seapark and wrap up at 12 noon. Wrap up warmly.

Join us and immerse yourself in mindfulness and nature as we meander along the coastal path connecting with our breath, our senses, and the feeling of nature within and around us. Using a variety of meditation techniques, we become mindful of how we spend our time in nature and learn ways we can advocate and support healthy, thriving, ecosystems.
