Mindfulness Based Guided Meditation with Gongs and Cacao
Immerse yourself in a profound Mindfulness practice to calm the body and the mind, while being provided guiding voice prompts from Gaby and receiving subtle and relaxing sounds as Ken blends his calming sounds in the meditation.
What to expect: Mindfulness has been defined as, "the awareness that arises when paying attention, on purpose, in the present moment, non-judgmentally".
This 60-minute session will begin with a guided meditation that will shine light on the thoughts, feelings and sensations present in that moment and help you observe them with a kind, non-judgmental approach.
It will be accompanied by a live sound journey, that will serve as an anchor for our wandering minds.
A regular Mindfulness practice has significant benefits such as reducing stress, improving focus and increasing self-awareness.
As our meditation ends, the nourishing and delicious Mayana Cacao will be served to bring us into a closing circle where we can share our experience during the meditation and learn ways to develop a Mindfulness practice at home.
Please bring comfortable clothing and a yoga mat or blanket for meditation.
