About this course

This introduction explains what Mindfulness is and how to incorporate it into your own life. How mindfulness helps mental wellbeing, how to be more mindful, covering the different mindfulness practices.

Mindfulness has been proven to be greatly beneficial for our health and well-being, it will help with your own self-esteem, showing you ways of how to relax, having a clearer mind and is significantly beneficial for stress relief. We will be covering the 5 senses – Sight-Taste-Hearing-Touch-Smell, linked to how we use our brains to process and learn.


During this session, we will cover:

- What Mindfulness is and how to practice it and how to incorporate it into your own life?

- How to live in the present moment – using a variety of “tools” to help with being mindful.

- The 5 senses – Sight, Taste, Hearing, Touch, Smell - linked to how we use our brains to process and learn.

- Ways to relax, have a clearer mind and reduce stress.

- How we use our brains to process and learn.


Learner should bring a drink – water or juice, notebook and pen, comfortable clothes,

To book and enrol on one of our courses, you must have been living in England and have been resident in the UK for the past 3 years.

Some exceptions may apply if you are living in England with evidence of the right to remain and are from an EEU/EEAU country (completion of a questionnaire will be required).
