Mindfulness techniques and connection with other nature in beautiful natural surroundings to improve awareness, relaxation and concentration. Mindfulness practice has been associated with notable reductions in stress, anxiety and depression. Greater connection with other nature helps to increase life satisfaction, lower anxiety and improve vitality, meaningfulness, happiness and creativity.

Very easy walking and shelter provided on site where we can enjoy tea and flapjack. Exact meeting location provided following booking.

Our qualified and experienced guides deliver sessions on fire skills, foraging, camp fire cooking (eating and drinking), nature ID, team building games, crafts (e.g. paracord weaving, cordage, spoon carving etc.), navigation and journeying skills. We pride ourselves in group management and making things work whatever the weather.
