Join us on Sunday afternoon for a mindfulness session led by Sam Parfitt. We will have a check-in, a meditation, and some optional sharing.Sam is the founder and chief executive of The True Athlete Project (TAP) - a charity that aims to build a more compassionate world through sport. They work with all levels of coaches and athletes to unleash sport&#x27;s powerful potential as a vehicle for social change.Y ou can read more about some of their initiatives here. Sam has taught mindfulness to Olympic, Paralympic and elite athletes across 40+ sports, as well as to executives, sub-saharan African scholars at the University of Edinburgh, and primary school children. He is excited to share some space and time with you. He has lots of experience of working with people with a range of differing needs, so don&#x27;t worry if you haven&#x27;t done anything like this before.
