Fancy reaping the benefits of nature and the outdoors?  Join WWT's Health &  Wellbeing Officer Dan on a mindfulness taster at Newbold Comyn.

Warwickshire&#x27;s great outdoors is yours to explore within the Dunsmore Living Landscape. We want more people being outside in nature and feeling better for it. So join Dan on our mindfulness taster across Newbold Comyn and Leam Valley and discover ways to use nature to nurture your health and wellbeing. He’ll be focussing on some of the nationally-recognised ‘Five Ways to Wellbeing’ on the walk, which can help you cultivate more positive thinking whilst connecting with nature and the outdoors. Accessibility Info: 
Due to the natural landscape of the site, there are areas where the paths are uneven and potentially slippery. We’ll also be walking around for the majority of the session. With this being said, it would be much appreciated if you could let Dan know if you have any access requirements, mobility issues or health conditions that will help him accommodate as best as he can for your time on the course. What to bring:
Please bring suitable clothing and footwear for the weather and any food / drink you may want to have. Also if you have a camera phone then please bring that as well.
